1. Include a note explaining the reason for return. 
2. Please include the name that the original order was placed under or the invoice number.  This will helps us process your refund quicker (if order was placed via credit card, we will refund the credit card used).

For Resizing and or Restringing:  We are happy to resize, restring or redesign a bracelet for you.  There is a small fee to have this done.  If you are having us redesign a bracelet, please contact us about any additional fees for beads.  For Resizing and or Restringing please include a note with the following information:

1.  Please describe the changes or alterations that you would like done to your jewelry.  Please also write the names in birth order that are on the bracelet (this is so that we have a reference when altering the bracelet).
2.  Contact info / Email Address - it is important that we have a phone number and email address so that we can contact you if we have any questions.  Also please include an email address so that we can send you an email when your item is completed and shipped back.
3. Return address - please include this on the note inside the package (the return address on the shipping envelope or container can be covered up or damaged during shipping).
4. Please include your payment (check, cash, or money order) for the resizing or restringing fee of $15 for single, $20 double strand, and $25 for triple and $35 quad strand bracelets.

Please note when returning your item:  If you would like to verify that we received your items, we suggest using delivery confirmation or insurance (both can be done with first class mail).  Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, shipping then takes 2-3 days.  You will receive an email confirmation when your item is completed and shipped.

Adding additional names or strands to your bracelet:  There are two options when adding additional names to your current bracelet.  1) You can add a name to your current strand ($15 fee).  2)  Add a new strand with the new name.  We do not charge a restringing fee, only for the additional strand ($35)!  We are happy to add strands to bracelets that we did not make, we will contact you if there are any extra fees.  Simply return your bracelet with a note with the info listed below.       

1.  Please describe the changes or alterations that you would like done to your jewelry.  If adding a strand, please make sure and include the order of the names (in age order) so we can add the name in the correct order.

4. Please include your payment $35 for additional strands or $15 to add a name to a current strand (check, cash, or money order).

If your bracelet needs to be repaired, we are happy to do this.  If your bracelet needs repair within the first 90 days, return it for a free repair.  If during the life or your bracelet it is snagged or breaks, we are still happy to repair it.  The following fees are if all of the beads are intact.  The repair/restringing fees are:   $15 for single, $20 double strand, and $25 for triple and $35 quad strand bracelets.  Please note, if you have lost some of the beads when your bracelet broke, contact us about any extra fees for replacing beads (this is normally only $5-20 depending on the number of strands and the amount of beads missing).  Please include a note with the following info:

1.  Instructions:  Please let us know what is to be done to the bracelet.  If the bracelet has broken apart, please include the spelling of the name (s) on the bracelet and the original name that the order was placed under or the invoice number if you have this (this is so we can look up the order if we have beading questions).  If the bracelet has broken apart, please include the desired size. 
2.  Contact info / Email Address - it is very important that we have a phone number and email address so that we can contact you if we have any questions.  Also please include an email address so that we can send you an email when your item is completed and shipped back.
3. Return address - please include this on the note inside the package (the return address on the shipping envelope or container can be covered up).
4. Please include your payment for repairs (after 90 days) (check, cash, or money order) $15 for single, $20 double strand, and $25 for triple and $35 quad strand bracelets.
